Residential Real Estate Investment Analyst (Hybrid)

Watkin Jones Group is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Investment team in the UK. You will contribute to projects across PBSA, Build to Rent, Co-Living, and Single Family Housing, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of residential-for-rent investment and development.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate, ideally with residential-for-rent exposure, and a track record from a development programme or rotational role.
