Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor – Bristol

Rolls-Royce is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor for the Bristol site, in a hybrid UK role. You will partner with Line Managers, People Partners and Trade Unions to guide and implement ER strategies, ensuring compliant and pragmatic workplace practices across a transforming organisation.

You will drive the ER plan with leadership and unions, align practices with legislation, and deliver change programmes while supporting a diverse, inclusive environment at Rolls-Royce Bristol.
