Procurement Manager (Hybrid) — High-Impact Public Sector

Essex County Council is seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to shape markets, negotiate multi-million-pound contracts and drive savings while supporting Children’s & Families procurement. The role is hybrid, based in Chelmsford, with attendance in the office about 2 days per week.

You will lead cost analyses, manage provider negotiations and collaborate with operations, finance and the external market to secure best value for Essex residents.
