• Leaddiscoveryworkshops,stakeholderinterviewsandrequirements-gatheringsessions;documentdecisions,assumptionsandoutcomes.
• Elicit,analyseandvalidatebusinessandfunctionalrequirements;translatethemintoclearuserstoriesandtestableacceptancecriteria.
• Modelcurrent-stateandfuture-statebusinessprocessesusingworkflows,BPMN,SIPOCanduserjourneys;coordinatestakeholderreviewandsign-off.
• AnalyseanddocumentSAPdataandfileflows,integrationtouchpoints,dependenciesandimpactsacrosssystems.
• CaptureexistingandfutureMasterDatarequirementsacrossarangeproductsandmaterials.
• WorkwithProductOwnersandSolutionArchitectstoclarifyscope,assessoptions,challengeassumptionsandconfirmrequirementsbeforebuild.

• ExperienceinSupplyChain,OperationsandLogistics.
• Experiencecreatingprocessmodels,workflows,userstories,acceptancecriteriaandbusinessrequirementsdocumentation.
• Familiaritywithprojectdelivery,useracceptancetesting,datamappingandfile-basedintegrations.
