Job Description:
EDF is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Channels team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover. The role supports multiple customer channels and works in a fast-paced Agile environment, with remote work and occasional travel to Exeter.
You’ll partner with stakeholders, engineers and suppliers to define requirements, create user stories and ensure changes deliver strong outcomes for customers across telephony, IVR, digital, and chat channels.
