Trauma-Informed Youth Living Skills Coach

Salvation Army Homes is seeking a dedicated youth support worker to deliver person-centred, outcome-focused services to residents at West Farm and associated flats. You will empower young people to develop skills toward independence, using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach.

You will act as a keyworker, co-producing personalised plans, and provide coaching to help young people meet goals, while maintaining professional boundaries and safeguarding responsibilities.
