Youth & Family Mental Health Outreach Specialist

Dorset HealthCare’s Dorset Community CAMHS is seeking a Young Person and Family Outreach Worker to support children and young people with mental health difficulties in Weymouth, Dorchester, Blandford, Poole and Bournemouth. You will work across home, school and community settings to promote recovery and wellbeing, in collaboration with families and partner agencies.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential.
