Night Shift Senior Care Lead

Oakland Care Ltd in Loughton is seeking a committed Senior Care Assistant – Nights to support residents with compassionate, person-centred care. You will lead a small team, monitor daily living activities, and ensure dignity and wellbeing during night rounds.

The role requires at least 2 years’ care experience, a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, and training in medication administration. You’ll work 42 hours per week on nights, with uniform provided and benefit-rich rewards.
