Radis Community Care in Clun near Ludlow is seeking a dedicated Complex Support Worker to provide person-centred, specialist care in the gentleman’s own home, maintaining a clinical and supportive overview.

Role requires a full driving licence and use of own vehicle; training will be provided. You will support with personal care, bowel care, medication, meals and activities, with day and night shifts available.
