The University of Lincoln is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Research Associate to lead food safety and hygiene validation within the Vitrum project, a UK Innovate-funded robotic harvesting system for on-the-vine tomatoes.
The successful candidate will design microbiological experiments, conduct validation studies, and collaborate with robotics researchers and industry partners to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality outputs for future commercial deployment.
