Residential Children’s Mental Health Support Worker

The Cambian Group is seeking a Children’s Residential Mental Health Support Worker to help vulnerable children and young people in a warm, safe residential setting across our UK services. You will provide emotional and practical support, facilitate daily routines, and record progress with the team to promote positive outcomes.

The role requires empathy, resilience and good teamwork. A DBS check will be completed, and full training is provided.
