Compassionate Bank Support Worker – Residential Care

Priory Group in Ashridge, Boston, seeks a compassionate Bank Support Worker to provide person-centred residential care for adults with learning disabilities. You will support daily living, promote independence and dignity, and work as a key part of the care team.

You’ll join a supportive environment with training and development opportunities, DBS paid for, and flexible on-call shifts. Prior care experience is welcome, but training is provided to suitable candidates.
