Flexible Part-Time Community Nurse — Home Care

Teignmouth Hospital is seeking a Part-time Community Nurse (22.5 hours/week) to provide high-standard nursing care in patients’ homes within the NHS community. You will contribute to coordinated care, MDT discussions, and care planning, while promoting patient dignity and holistic wellbeing.

The role requires current NMC registration and a flexible, compassionate approach to support patients and families in the community, with emphasis on collaborative teamwork and work-life balance.
