Medical Receptionists At Cults Medical Group

We are looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Reception Team.

Hours of work – Monday, Thursday and Friday 8am 5pm.

The successful candidate must have:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Organisational skills with a great attention to detail.
• The ability to multi task within a fast paced environment is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Answering telephone calls and assisting patients at the desk.
• Accurate updating of patient information.
• Booking patient appointments.
• Repeat prescription administration.
• Issuing test results to patients.
• General administrative duties.
