Independent Living Assistant & Confidence Coach (Driver)

Disability North is seeking a friendly Personal Assistant/Support Worker in Newcastle upon Tyne to help build confidence and independence. You will encourage outings and activities, support participation in community life, and stay respectful of pace and communication needs.

Experience with neurodiversity and demand avoidance is essential. A safe, supportive, and flexible approach is required to help me enjoy activities outside the home within a part-time schedule.
