Senior Social Worker – Community Care for Adults

Wirral Borough Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Community Team South. You will carry out strengths-based Care Act assessments and develop person-centred support plans for adults 18 and over, addressing a wide range of needs and helping people live well in their communities.

Working in a collaborative team, you will promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes while ensuring safeguarding and CPD requirements are met.
