NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the East Dunbartonshire Hospital at Home Service. You will deliver hospital-level care in patients’ homes or care homes, assess and manage acutely unwell individuals, and support service development within a multidisciplinary team.
You will work 36 hours per week across 4 days in 08:00–20:00, travel between localities in East Dunbartonshire, and participate in ongoing professional development.
