Aqumen Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Machine Operative with FLT to join a busy manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operating a range of machinery throughout the site.
- Using an FLT as required.
- Covering colleagues’ breaks to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe.
- Following site procedures and health and safety requirements.
- £14.65 per hour.
- The final 8 hours worked each week are paid at time and a half, subject to completing a full working week.
- Bonus scheme offering up to £2,000 per year, subject to criteria (Once permanent with client).
Requirements
- Must be willing to train on day shifts for 2–3 weeks before moving onto nights.
- Reliable, self-motivated and hardworking, with a consistent approach to attendance and performance.
- Valid FLT licence – essential.
