HVAC Engineer

ROLE: HVAC EngineerHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Coventry

We’re looking for a Mechanical HVAC Engineer who will work collaboratively as part of the estates team to provide a full operation, maintenance, engineering and building service that meets statutory and contractual obligations.

Role Responsibilities:

• -Carry out day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance to HVAC systems across the estate.
• -Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding and repairs using multi-skilled knowledge and experience.
• -Ensure assets are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements, HTMs, HBMs and manufacturer’s instructions.
• -Accurately complete all work-related documentation and update CAFM systems in a timely manner.
• -Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Required Qualifications:

• -Served a recognised trade training scheme to NVQ Level 2 minimum (or equivalent) in plumbing or mechanical engineering.
• -Experience in a maintenance environment (hospital or healthcare experience advantageous).
• -Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
