Job Description:
Luminary Bakery Ltd in London is seeking a Pastry Chef for a new King’s Cross site. You will be hands-on in a high-volume production kitchen, laminating, shaping and baking a range of viennoiserie and pastries. You’ll supply the café with fresh, daily pastries and contribute to a small, fast-paced service.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of high-quality kitchen pastry experience, strengths in lamination, and a collaborative mindset to drive creative daily offerings.
