We are currently recruiting for a
Customer Service Executive
to join a busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys speaking with customers, resolving queries and delivering excellent service.Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming and outgoing customer telephone callsResponding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly mannerProviding excellent customer service and resolving issues efficientlyUpdating customer records and information accuratelyUsing IT software and internal systems to manage customer queriesCommunicating effectively with customers and internal teamsEnsuring a positive customer experience at all timesWhat We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months’ customer service experienceConfident and professional telephone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood IT skills and confidence using different software systemsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA positive, proactive and customer-focused attitudeAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentAvailable for an immediate startWhat’s on Offer?
