TSA Program Manager — Governance & Exit Leadership

bp is seeking a TSA Project Manager to oversee the 18-month post-Day 1 transition for Transition Service Agreements between Castrol and bp. You will govern, deliver and exit TSA services, manage risks and drive governance across multiple service towers, while coordinating with executive leadership.

The role requires strong programme management and governance experience, with a focus on delivering timely TSA exits and reducing dependency on bp.
