The Successful Applicant

• Experience in a senior level position overseeing a large team of managers and operatives delivering repairs & maintenance schemes
• Proven track record in the social housing sector
• Vast experience in delivering housing repairs, maintenance, voids and M&E works
• Commercial acumen
• Commutable distance to Manchester
• Available on a short notice period
