Strategic Sales Director for Bespoke Joinery – Profit Share

Universal-Business-Team in Reading seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the Sales, Business Development and Estimating functions. You will own the commercial pipeline from first conversation to signed contract, securing profitable projects and building a reliable forward orderbook.

You will report to the MD, drive strategic client relationships, negotiate with main contractors and lead a weekly pipeline review to deliver growth and margins.
