Inspire Resourcing Ltd are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of our client.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, family-owned manufacturing and distribution business, taking full ownership of the accounts function and working closely with the Managing Director.This role would suit someone who has been an Assistant Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant wanting to take that next step.Key Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day running of the accounts departmentPurchase & sales ledger managementBank reconciliations, VAT returns and credit controlPreparation of monthly management accounts and financial reportingBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningYear-end preparation and liaison with external accountantsStock accounting, product costing and margin analysisMaintaining and improving financial controls and proceduresThe ideal candidate:Strong hands-on accounting experienceExperience preparing management accountsVAT and year-end accounting knowledgeAdvanced Excel and accounting software skillsAAT qualified or above (ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified/part-qualified candidates encouraged to apply)Manufacturing, distribution or ERP system experience advantageousThis role would suit a proactive, detail-focused finance professional who enjoys being involved in the numbers and making a real impact within a growing business.To apply, send your CV to Inspire Resourcing Ltd or contact our team for more information
