This role offers ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position, alongside a choice of shift patterns to suit different working preferences.You’ll be delivering to food-related customer sites, completing multi-drop routes with up to 18 deliveries per shift.The Opportunity

Start times:
Between 05:00 and 07:00, depending on the route
Shift options:
4 on / 4 off rotating rota or Monday to Friday
Employment:
Temp to perm or ongoing placement
Work available:
Ongoing, with immediate starts subject to availability
What Will You Be Doing?
Driving a refrigerated 7.5 Tonne vehicle on nationwide delivery routes
Completing up to 18 deliveries per shift
Delivering goods to food-related customer sites
Using a tail lift to unload palletised goods
Using a trolley for some handball where required
Operating handheld terminals to confirm deliveries
Completing daily vehicle safety checks and reporting defects
Following safe loading, unloading and vehicle operating procedures
Please note:
This is a physical delivery role involving multiple drops, with some manual handling required.What Do You Need?
A valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) driving licence held for at least 2 years
Recent commercial driving experience within the last 6–12 months
No more than 6 penalty points, with minor offences only
A reliable and professional approach to work
An understanding of vehicle safety checks and safe working practices
