Hands-On Supply Chain Lead – Manufacturing & Procurement

Matchtech is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Lead to own procurement, material planning and supplier performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with Production, Planning, Engineering and Quality to ensure materials and services are available when needed.

You’ll build scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and mentor a growing procurement team while delivering tangible improvements across the supply chain.
