Job Description:
Magenta Recruitment is seeking a Senior Estimator for a leading UK construction organisation delivering warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs and commercial fit-outs.
You will review tenders, manage bids 25k to 10M, liaise with subcontractors, and produce BOQs, rate compilations and client packs. Site visits, risk assessment and value engineering are key. Car allowance, pension contributions and 25 days holiday are included.
