Deputy Facilities Manager – FM Lead for Police HQ (Cheshire)

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Deputy Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in delivering the PFI contract at Cheshire Police Headquarters in Winsford. You will lead a small on-site FM team and oversee hard and soft services.

The role requires governance of health and safety, KPI performance, and coordination of M&E subcontractors. You will ensure services are delivered efficiently and within budget while fostering strong client relationships.
