Recruitment Advisor – Hybrid, 6-Month FTC, Drive Sourcing

SettleParadigm is hiring a Recruitment Advisor on a 6-month FTC to join a busy in-house team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from posting adverts and shortlisting to interviewing and onboarding.

The role combines collaboration with our Recruitment Partner and hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. We seek candidates with both in-house and agency experience, a passion for candidate experience, and strong data skills.
