Dual Diagnosis Nurse: Lead Recovery & Integrated Care

Change Grow Live is seeking a Dual Diagnosis Nurse to support individuals with co-existing mental health and substance misuse needs in Barnet and surrounding areas. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and specialist clinical interventions to improve outcomes.

The role requires a recognised mental health qualification and current NMC PIN, with experience in dual diagnosis and complex caseload management.
