Interim SAP SuccessFactors & People Analytics Lead

Frazer Jones is supporting a global organisation in HR transformation by appointing an Interim HRIS Product Owner & Workforce Analytics Lead for an initial 6-12 month assignment.

You will own SAP SuccessFactors from an HR perspective, lead workforce reporting, and bridge HR, Digital and external partners to shape the SuccessFactors roadmap while elevating data governance and executive insights.
