Mental Health Service Manager & Social Care Lead

Oxford Health is seeking a dynamic Social Care Professional Lead / Service Manager to provide professional leadership for staff in adult mental health services. You will work with the Mental Health Directorate and partner organisations to deliver safe, effective care and drive service improvement.

The role involves strategic contribution to Directorate policy, and the management of resources, performance, and staff development in collaboration with clinicians and social care colleagues.
