HR Advisor – Multi-Site Generalist (NI & Scotland)

Enva Group is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive HR support across Northern Ireland and Scotland. You will guide managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance, absence, and policy application, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

You will manage HR data, support payroll processes, and help drive HR initiatives aligned with Enva’s people strategy. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or progress toward it is essential.
