Chief Product Security & Strategy Leader

Zopa Bank is seeking a Head of Product Security to define and execute the multi-year security strategy for a modern, cloud-enabled banking platform. You will lead a growing team, set risk appetite, and partner with CISO, Engineering, Product and Risk leaders to protect customers and the business.

You’ll embed Secure by Design, drive standards, and leverage AI and automation to improve security workflows while enabling scalable engineering delivery across the organisation.
