Impactful Health & Safety Manager – Manufacturing

Principal People Recruitment is partnering with a growing manufacturing business to recruit a Health and Safety Manager based in Kingston-upon-Thames. The role leads the day-to-day safety function across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and office environments, ensuring robust policies and management systems.

You will drive continual improvement, lead incident investigations, RAMS and audits, and work with managers to embed a proactive safety culture that aligns with ISO 45001 principles.
