Lead Nurse – Clinical Leader in Care Home (RN/RMN)

Alexander House Care Home in Exeter (Pinhoe) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver clinically led, person-centred care across shifts. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and monitor residents’ health to maintain high standards.

As a shift leader, you will support and guide the care team, make timely clinical decisions, ensure accurate documentation and maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.
