Senior Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will bridge business needs and an advanced investment platform, focusing on Investment Management, Investment Operations and IBOR. You will work directly with clients to understand operating models and data challenges, translating requirements into practical solutions. The role emphasizes client-facing problem solving over heavy documentation, within a tech-led environment. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape investment data workflows across the front, middle, and back office, contributing to transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ operating models, investment workflows and data challenges
• Translate complex business requirements into effective solutions on a modern investment platform
• Engage with senior stakeholders to discuss and align on investment processes
• Apply deep Investment Management knowledge to support the Investment Lifecycle and IBOR environments
• Collaborate in a technology-led environment with cross-functional teams
• Support data-related discussions, with exposure to SQL, Python, APIs as desirable
• Contribute to client-facing engagements and problem solving within investment operations

Key requirements

• Strong Investment Management and Investment Operations knowledge
• Solid understanding of the Investment Lifecycle and IBOR
• Comfort with client-facing discussions and senior stakeholder engagement
• Background in asset management, investment technology, investment data, implementation, consulting or Investment Operations
• Experience with SQL, Python and APIs is desirable but not essential
