Senior Early Careers Lead — Graduate Recruitment & Programs

Totum Partners is seeking a Senior Early Careers Advisor to lead graduate and emerging talent recruitment across the business. You will own established early careers programmes and help shape attraction, engagement and assessment strategies for future talent.

You will manage campaigns from attraction through to offers, build relationships with universities and student networks, and coordinate assessment centres and interviews.
