Hybrid Retention & Sales Advisor – Incentives

The AA in Newcastle is hiring a Sales and Retention Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Renewals team. This full-time, permanent role offers a base salary of £26,550 with performance incentives up to £9,600 and a hybrid working pattern after competency, with three days a week in the office.

You’ll speak to existing AA Insurance customers as they approach renewal, listening to what’s important, explaining options, and aiming to retain the customer while meeting commercial targets.
