Hybrid HR Business Partner: Culture & Operations Lead

Eyzon Limited in Crewe is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support around 350 employees across multiple UK sites. You’ll partner with operational leaders to strengthen people practices, embed robust processes and drive culture change, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on support.

This hybrid role requires regular travel to sites in Warwickshire and Somerset and a full UK driving licence.
