Restaurant Manager: Lead P&L, People & Guest Experience

Swiss Butter – Holborn is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own the store’s P&L, guest experience, and safety standards. You will plan trading days, oversee the command structure with ARM and Kitchen Manager, and drive accountability through data, reporting, and escalation handling.

In this role you will be responsible for staffing, certification, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operating procedures.
