Membership Engagement Executive (Fixed-Term)

Covent Garden Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Membership Executive on a fixed-term basis to the end of February 2027. The role focuses on delivering customer service and account management for a professional institute in the manufacturing sector.

You will be the first point of contact for member enquiries, assist with onboarding new members, process renewals and changes, and promote events, courses and publications to boost engagement.
