Older Adult Rehabilitation Support Worker

NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker for Ward 1 Cameron Hospital, part of the Recovery and Adaptation Unit providing rehabilitation for the Older Person and assisting complex discharge planning.

You will join an experienced nursing team, developing skills in medicine of the elderly and working with a multi-disciplinary team to promote a positive patient journey. A PVG scheme and UK work permission are required before appointment.
