Conveyancing Solicitor – Path to Partnership

We are working with a reputable law firm based in Holywood for a Solicitor to join their Conveyancing team. The firm is offering competitive salaries up to £60,000.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an established property team, advising individuals and other clients on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

The role will involve managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages from initial instruction through to completion, including drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties, manage key deadlines and develop strong client relationships.

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Conveyancing / residential property experience;
• Technically excellent;
• Team player;
• Ability to use own initiative;
• Competitive salary up to £60,000. Commensurate with experience;
• Company pension;
• Flexible working with part-time schedule also a consideration;
