Project Consultant, Patient Experience

Overview

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud projects, ensuring quality outcomes on time and within budget. You’ll manage client relationships across a portfolio of studies and coordinate cross-functional teams to apply subject-matter expertise. You’ll drive digital transformation in life sciences by optimizing trial experiences and value for customers. This position offers collaboration with diverse teams and opportunities to influence project delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day activities
• Deliver projects on time and within budget through effective resource management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across multiple studies
• Facilitate internal/external meetings and capture actions and milestones
• Assess risk and communicate mitigation strategies to preserve quality
• Forecast Patient Cloud Professional Services hours in collaboration with the Professional Services Project Manager
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and ensure adherence to PM methodologies and SOPs

Key requirements

• Experience with clinical research and of Clinical Research SaaS technology
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred
• Client-facing experience with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to manage project timelines and perform risk assessment
• Strong presentation and soft skills
• Willingness to travel 10%–20%, national or international
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (analytic discipline a plus)
