Construction Manager – Water Industry (Sizewell C)

Salary: up to £85,000 + package

A rapidly growing water sector contractor delivering three wastewater treatment plants on Sizewell C is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site delivery on one of the UK’s biggest infrastructure programmes.

The Role

• Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Maintain programme, quality, safety and environmental standards
• Drive NEC contract compliance (EWNs, change control, reporting)
• Work closely with engineering, planning and commercial teams to keep delivery on track

What You Need

• Strong water industry background – wastewater, clean water, pumping stations or similar
• Proven site leadership on major civils or process‑plant projects
• Ability to operate in a high‑compliance, high‑security environment

Package

• Up to £85,000
• Vehicle/allowance + benefits
• Long‑term role on a nationally significant infrastructure project
