Financial Remedy and Private Law Children Solicitor/Legal Executive (1-3 Years PQE)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive 1-3 Years PQE wishing to join our exceptional team at our Nottingham office. The vacancy has arisen due to ever increasing workloads and referrals.
The successful candidate will ideally be newly qualified up to 3 years PQE and wish to expand their expertise and knowledge within a firm of family law Solicitors. You must be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision and be prepared to develop further through networking and links with local sources of referral work.
We offer all our lawyers the opportunity to develop and progress within the firm and provide these opportunities through training, support and bespoke legal events. You will be joining a team that is headed up by some of the leading lawyers in the area of family law.
Key Requirements
- NQ to three years family law PQE
- Legal Aid knowledge desirable but not essential
- Experience of managing own caseload of Financial Remedy and Private Law Children
- Excellent and evidenced client care skills
- Self-sufficient and able to build own caseload
- Creative thinker and not afraid of a challenge
- Highly organised and methodical nature
- Proactive, professional and personable team player
