Evening Care Assistant for Complex Needs

Exemplar Health Care in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Tees Grange care home. You will support adults with complex care needs, promote dignity and independence, and assist with personal care and meals to help each resident live their best life.
