Pasture Cardiff is recruiting a seasoned Senior Sous Chef to lead a high-energy, open-fire kitchen. You’ll run services with confidence, mentor and train brigades, and drive flavour-forward, ingredient-led cooking using whole animals and in-house butchery.
The role rewards leadership with a strong Tronc share and a path toward Head Chef. The restaurant sources pasture-raised beef from Wales and the South West, creating a bold, theatre-driven dining experience in Cardiff city centre.
